Where do you ship?
All 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are excluded.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for every order.
When will my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. Estimated combined delivery is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed date.
What is your order cutoff?
7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (CST), Monday–Friday. Orders at or after cutoff, weekends and US federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.
How do I choose a fit?
Compare the flat measurements on each product page. One Size is designed around adult head circumferences of 54–60 cm; fit varies by wearer.
How do I care for my beanie?
Follow the material-specific care instructions on the product page. Cotton styles should be reshaped while damp; jacquard knits should be protected from snags.
Can I return my beanie?
Request authorization within 30 calendar days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with original labels. Damage, defects or incorrect items are handled separately.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for company errors, damage and defects. You pay for change-of-mind returns to our authorized address in France. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds return automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How is payment confirmed?
Payment status is established through confirmation by the payment service. Contact customer care if you have a question about an order or payment.
